There are no changes to the walks programme at present.

                                                     Mold Railway Path

Friday 26th. March saw the opening of the Mold railway path which follows the route of the old Mold to Denbigh railway line for a short way out of Mold.                   It starts on the Denbigh Road opposite Love Lane car park and runs to the rear of the Synthite works with options to make short circular walks. Largely due to the efforts of Howard White, the Chairman of Clwydian Group RA, winning the Bovril challenge competition this is now available for use by all walkers and people in wheelchairs.                                                      Patterdale Weekend

It seems that Patterdale Youth Hostel will still be available in November despite the rumors that it might close. Its future is still uncertain but we will have our traditional weekend as usual this year.
